What We Do.

We provide quality locum cover that is second to none! We cater for regular days off, holidays, long term vacancies, sickness and unexpected absences. We offer the same dedicated service regardless of the length of contract, be it a single day, week or a more permanent position.

Based in Derbyshire we are central to the UK, which we believe enables us to provide a positive solution to pharmacy needs and 'fast response' in the event of unexpected absence of the pharmacist in charge.

Established in 2008, we have a very satisfied and extensive regular client base. We already have a strong presence in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire and we are now looking to roll out our vision nationwide.

Having worked with an array of organisations, ranging from small independent community pharmacies to very large pharmacy chains, including Well pharmacy, Lloyds pharmacy and ASDA pharmacy. We understand the daily pressures that YOU face, and we appreciate that you are individual too!

The Directors.

Louize has a Bachelor of Pharmacy Honours Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy. Having been a community pharmacist for over 20 years she has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry, ranging from small independent organisations to large multinationals. Understanding that each pharmacy is unique and has its own systems and requirements is fundamental to delivering a quality locum service that is tailored to the specific needs of each individual pharmacy. Appreciating the daily pressures as both a pharmacy manager and a locum pharmacist she is very well placed to provide advice and support on all aspects of community pharmacy. Louize is responsible for business development, recruitment and support.

Martine has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and over 20 years management and administration experience within a number of industries. She has a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing, wholesale and retail. Majoring in sales and marketing, operations and finance she has a detailed understanding and appreciation of the importance of stakeholder satisfaction and the benefits of excellent customer relationships. Having spent much of her career in customer facing roles she has excellent organisational and communication skills. Martine is responsible for the day to day running of the business.
